Survey Resources
Why should I bother with a survey?
A survey lets you find out what is in the mind of your website’s users, what they expect from you and how they feel about your products and services. You need this information to continually improve. You can also use surveys to test drive a new idea for a product or service and to find out what your website might be missing.
Online survey tools are either embedded in your website, hosted by the survey company or both. The tools aggregate the data and report it to you in a variety of ways. Learn a little about surveys by taking our survey—it’s really short and it will help us provide you with great articles.
